豬扒

豬扒煮法不外乎那幾樣。先醃過夜。薄的煎,厚的煎完再焗。高興的便鋪麵包糠去炸。再弄個汁什麼的。我覺得最難的是醃豬扒,每每都是豉油,糖,生粉,太過於家常了。記一下看過,做過,而且好吃的豬扒醃料。
